My role at Human Factor
Working directly with their management team, I led and coordinated the user research and design activities that shaped the new ATS SaaS offering of Human Factor (Prior), in a part-time consultant capacity. My work included, but was not limited to, in-depth interviews with talent management and recruiting practitioners across industries, persona creation, user journey mapping, flow design, prototyping and usability testing with prospect customers.
About Human Factor
HumanFactor, acquired by Kariera.gr in early 2021, was a staffing and recruiting company that also offered HRM and ATS native and cloud-based software solutions. Its solutions are used by key retail players across Greece, such as Kotsovolos (Dixons South East Europe), Folie Folie Group or AB Vassilopoulos (Ahold-Delhaize), covering the HR needs for thousands of employees and these large organisations constant recruiting needs. In 2020, right before its acquisition by Kariera, HumanFactor decided to revamp their ATS offering.
