I led the before-launch UX research activities for Pop Market's consumer mobile app, working directly with the founding team in a part-time consultant capacity. The outcome of this collaboration resulted in an enhanced user experience that supports business objectives.

Pop market is an athens-based startup is backed by an experienced team and various investors that aims to deliver your groceries in 15 mins. In October of 2021, Pop Market raised $3.5 million in seed financing to push its vertically integrated, dark store-based on-demand grocery model in a country where it says online grocery shopping remains largely untapped.
